Terms and Conditions

By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Information
Each piece is handmade and may vary slightly in color, shape, or size. Natural stones and materials are unique, and such variations are part of their charm.  The item pictured is the item you will receive unless you have requested a size change or a custom order.  We reserve the right to increase the price of an item if there is a request for a size increase to cover additional materials needed.

2. Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and secure payment platforms.  Custom orders require a 50% deposit upon order with the balance due after approval of item and prior to shipping,

3. Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless it is a custom order or size change.  We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

4. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery for a resolution.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and images are the property of Carolina Wren Creations and may not be used without permission.

6. Privacy Policy
Your information is used solely to process your order and is never shared or sold.
